There is great truth to those words. We live with a great many privileges that others don’t have. Even the simplest of things: clean water, a toothbrush, toilet paper, a roof over our heads–each are things that some people don’t have. And the more complex things: a spouse, a job, children–things that some people don’t have and some will never have. This year our challenge to you is to examine your life and find the things that you are truly thankful for.

This year we are truly grateful for a great many things. We’re grateful for the hardworking men and women who make it possible for us to pack, load, and ship used clothing bulk in order to get it into the hands of people who need it. We’re grateful for the wonderful clients we have; for the partnerships we’ve created. We value the people we work with and recognize that without them, there is no us. But most importantly this Thanksgiving season, we are grateful for you. Without you there is also no us. You donate your gently used clothing to thrift stores and charitable institutions. You know that your used shoes and clothing still have value, even if you’re finished with them. It’s through your generosity in donating that we, in turn, are able to send millions of pounds of used clothing, used shoes, bulk linens, and other commodities to people around the world.
